Returns, Exchange, Refund Policy
■Returns and Exchanges
We are an overseas mail order company, so we are not always able to import and export in both directions.
Therefore, returns and exchanges are not possible.
In the case of defective products, incorrect delivery, or product discrepancies, please dispose of any items already received by the customer.
We will send a new shipment.
In the case of damage to the product during transportation, please take a picture of the damaged product and notify us. In this case, we will refund or ship a new item.
■Cancellations
Cancellations are possible after an order is placed and before it is shipped.
Please note that cancellations after shipment will not be accepted.
